F.O.B PROCEDURE SPOT-LIFTABLE:

1. Buyer issue ICPO to end seller

2. Seller issue CI "commercial invoice" to be signed by buyer

3. Seller issues MOU "memorandum of understanding" and "Tank Receipt and analytical report at the sellers loading port".

3. Buyer sign CI and MOU and send a copy to the seller.

4. Seller issue DTA "Dip test Authorization" to the buyer.

5. Buyer Confirm DTA, buyer issues CPA "charter party agreement"/Q88 to the seller.

6. Seller program lift in the name of the buyer and buyer’s vessel at the sellers loading port upon confirmation of the buyers vessel.

7. Buyer Dip test, Seller loads buyer vessel.

8. Buyer Issue payment (MT103) for the total cost of the product loaded to buyer’s vessel.

Penalty condition:

In case of conducting positive Dip Test by the buyer the deal must be completed by payment method MT103 if not 2% of the total value of this commercial invoice will be paid by the buyer to the beneficiary of the seller.
