It doesn't take much to prove I have real and verified sellers, neither does it take a lot to know if you or your buyer is real. Lets have first engagement to determine if there is going to be any business opportunities. Professionals do not stake their reputation by circumventing!

Send in LOI as display of genuine buyer need, showing genuine sincerity in doing business. Seller is title holder + paymaster.

Mazut procedures.
1. Buyer issues ICPO
2. Seller issues CI (Indicating Tank number and storage terminal) and Commitment Letter,
3. Within 3 Working Days, Buyer returns to Seller certified and signed original copy of the CI;
4. Within 3 Banking Days, Buyer bank issue POF Blocked Funds Via SWIFT MT799 Blocked Funds / DLC , covering the total cost of the product to Seller's Nominated Fiduciary Bank;
5. Upon confirmation of Buyer's SWIFT MT799 Blocked Funds / DLC, Seller issues to Buyer's Bank, FULL POP, via bank to bank;
6. Title Ownership is transferred to Buyer's name. Shipment commences immediately.
7. Buyer's Bank issue payment of the product at destination port as will be agreed via MT103/TT per shipment/liftable lots.
8. Procedure is repeated from Para 4, for the next consecutive orders/deliveries, or as mutually agreed between Buyer & Seller.
