CIF Procedure with CIF HuangDao Port

1. Buyer issue ICPO with Full Company Information, Full Banking Information, Company Registration Certificate or Company License along with letter of Refinery supplying procedure acceptance, Refinery conduct DD on buyer company

2. If Buyer Company is qualified for Refinery, Refinery issue Spot SPA or Contract to Buyer along with ICC letter, Buyer sign Spot SPA or Contract and ICC Letter and send back to Refinery.

3. Seller issues NCNDA/IMFPA for Intermediaries signing.

4. Refinery legalize and Register SPOT SPA or Contract with Ministry of Energy(Payment by Refinery),Refinery send legalized SPOT SPA or Contract direct to end buyer’s email address with Refinery Export License and Company Registration Certificate.
5. Refinery submit below POP documents to the (Agent) in charge of the POP Documents notarization with the authority and dispatch documents to buyer/buyer’s bank, Refinery transfer Title Ownership to Buyer.
a. Legalize Spot SPA or Contract hard copy
b. Certificate of Origin of the product
c. Certificate of Conformity
d. Ministry of Energy Notarized and Approved Commitment Letter to supply the Product
e. Bill of Lading
f. Dip Test Result
g. Analytical Report of Product Equivalent to SGS Report
h. Vessel Questionnaire 88
i. Copy of Statement of Product Availability Approved by Ministry of Energy
j. Copy of Refinery Commitment to produce the product Approved by Ministry of Energy
k. Attestation of Allocation Certificate from Ministry of Energy
l. Shipping Company Charter Party Agreement/Vessel Tracking Details

6. Vessel sails to Buyer destination Port.

7. Upon arrival of vessel at Buyer destination Port, Buyer pay for product via MT103/TT, Seller release commissions to parties involve in the transaction as signed in NCNDA/IMFPA
