STANDARD BANKING PROCEDURE
1. Buyer confirms SCO and issues ICPO. Seller’s official mandate issues FCO to Buyer for his signature. Buyer returns signed FCO with signed and sealed acceptance letter.
2. Seller mandate officially introduces Seller to Buyer for due diligence. Buyer accepts with an official letter addressed directly to Seller. Draft SPA Contract is then issued to Buyer directly Buyer Countersigns and returns to Seller.
3. Seller issues approved SPA & Per-forma Invoice. NCNDA is signed Both lodge the legalized SPA contracts in their respective Banks.
4. Buyer Bank issue BCL VIA SWIFT MT799 / SBLC MT760 to the seller assigned and nominated banking co-ordinates to enable seller bear all necessary cost and issue the POP Documents Bank to Bank for proper finalization.
5. Seller, upon confirmation and acceptance of the quality of the transmitted financial Instrument via Swift BCL VIA SWIFT MT799 / SBLC MT760 Proof of Fund, sends to Buyer scanned copies of the following via Bank To Bank;

• Approval to Export Certificate
• Export License Certificate
• Statement of Availability of Product
• Commitment to Supply the Product
• Q & Q certificate of product & Analytical Test Report issued by RUSS
• Product passport
• Certificate of Origin of the product
• Transaction Passport
• Allocation Certificate
• Refinery Agreement
• SGS Report or Equivalent to SGS.

6. Buyer, upon confirmation of the above POP (Proof of Product), within Five (5) banking Days, issues via Swift, Operative, Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, Confirmed MT 760 / MT 700 DLC to Seller’s financial fiduciary consultant partner’s Bank(verbiage to be provided by Seller) covering 100% Per-forma invoice value of product from / through any of the 25 top prime Banks (i.e. correspondent Banks). The minimum validity of POF must not be less than 90 (Ninety) days. Scanned copy of the transmitted financial Instrument must be sent to the seller by E-mail. Thereafter, Seller and Buyer or their representatives meet at the Refinery and loading Seaport here in Russia for product quality inspection and final dip test.
7. Upon verification of the Swift, Operative, Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, Confirmed MT 700 DLC, Shipment commences as per signed SPA Contract Agreement. Thereafter, Seller’s bank swifts full POP including; Certificate of product inspection at the loading port issued by SGS, Bill of landing "BL" & Commercial Invoice to Buyer’s Bank.
8. Buyer releases payment via MT 103 / TT to Seller after Q & Q inspection at Buyer’s CIF destination Seaport.
9. Seller releases payment to intermediaries within Twenty Four (24) hours of Buyer’s payment confirmation as per signed NCNDA.
