I HAVE THREE SEPARATE REQUESTS. FUEL PRODUCTS: D6, D2 and JET FUEL.

1. I AM LOOKING FOR BUYER WHO WANT TO PURCHASE FROM TOTAL SA. I have a direct connection to them and I can get you product. There are certain requirements and they are listed below.

Procedures:

The procedures during the start-up phase are complicated because Total requires all documents, noted in 1 thru 5 below.
Subsequent orders will be very simple because procedures will be agreed to between Buyer and Seller in advance. Issues will be resolved promptly because the product is ready, the Buyer has the money and logistics equipment, and the transaction will close within 2 to 3 days of work.

Startup requirements for each of your customers include:
1. LOI with the indication of the amount of desired products and bank data (Top 50).
2. Company Profile, unless a major buyer.
3. BCL issued by a leading bank Top 50, unless a major buyer, www.relbanks.com/worlds-top-banks/market-cap
4. Declaration of logistics equipment and port.
5. SGS quality certificate, exact specification.

For Majors all that is required are 1, 4, 5.
TO PURCHASE JET FUEL YOU HAVE TO BE A MAJOR OR SHOW YOU SELL TO MAJORS, JET FUEL ONLY. D6 anyone can purchase.

The Buyer may start with a trial Dip and Pay. However, this is subordinated with signature of a contract of 12 months with possible R & E.

In the LOI, please don’t indicate your price or discount. Indicate in the LOI: Price or Discount TBA (to be agreed). The price or discount is provided in relation to the duration of the contract. These calculations are at the discretion of the Seller. The process takes 2 to 3 days upon receipt of all documents.

Once the LOI with quantity details, the Company Profile with Passport, the BCL (if not doing bank-to-bank), the Declaration of Port Logistics and the SGS quality certificate are ALL ready to be submitted, the Buyer should request an encrypted email address to directly forward the full package. DO NOT SUBMIT A PARTIAL PACKAGE. It will be rejected and you will have to submit a new package.
