PAYMENT PROCEDURES (FOB Rotterdam & Russian
Buyer Issue ICPO + CP + copy of the Buyer’s International Passport (Data Page). Supplier & Buyer endorsed the CI. The Buyer submit his TSA to the Supplier. Supplier provides the following PPOP Documents to the Buyer;
Assurance to Supply,
Copy of the Storage Tank Receipt Copy of the Product Passport Certificate of Registration
Supplier issue Dip test Authorization Letter to the Buyer, and to be signed by all parties including the Buyer’s Tank Farm. Supplier activates the Dip Test Authorization Letter and issues the following Documents to the Buyer;
Storage Tank Receipt, issued in the Buyer’s Name.

Copy of SGS inspection Report
Upon the Buyer's Successful DIP Test in the Supplier's Storage reservoir/Tank at the Buyer’scost,the Buyer provides his StorageTank details and the Supplier shall immediately submit the (SGS) inspection Report along with the full Proof of Product (POP) to the Buyer.
TheBuyer issues 100%payment through MT103 wire transfer for the total product and the seller pays commission to all intermediaries involved in the transaction within 24 hours after confirmation of the Buyer’s payment.
TheSeller submits the draft SPA for review for R&E monthly delivery
