CONTRACT PERIOD: ONE YEAR RENEWABLE

PAYMENT METHOD: DLC+ TT OR SWIFT 103 UPON ARRIVAL AFTER CIQ AT DISCHARGING PORT

PERFORMANCE BOND: NON OPERATIVE 2% PB OF THE RDLC VALUE TO BE ISSUE TO BUYER’S BANK BEFORE BUYER ISSUES THE RDLC.

INSURANCE: CARGO INSURANCE 110% FROM AN INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY.
