Looking for Mazut supplier

We have a client would like to purchase Mazut M100 for a
quantity of 50,000MT per month (x12 months). The quantity and duration of the deal maybe increase if the trust was built
after several transactions. Their preferred payment method is via Non-Transferable DLC or Non-Transferable IDLC.

Please send us the SCO from reliable refineries for CIF to port in China.
