sales & purchasing hereby confirm the Seller offer details as following 7/F, BRIGHT WAY TOWER, NO. 33 MONG KOK ROAD, KOWLOON, HK.

1. Product: Mazut M100 Gost 10585-75
2. Loading Port : Vladivostok
3. Deliver: CIF China HUANGDAO port
4. Quantity:100,000/MT(per month) x 11month. Total:1,200,000 Yr
5. Payment & Banking Procedure: 340,330(+10),1.Seller issues the FCO/Draft Contract for revisions and signing by the Buyer. All parties sign the NCNDA/IMFPA.
6. Seller signs and returns the Draft Contract to Buyer as acceptance of supply of goods.
7. Seller's Bank shall swift the Partial (PPOP) Documents to the Buyer's Bank along side with a Non-operative 2%Performance Bond (PB).

8.Upon receipt of seller’s PPOP and 2% PB ,Within sever(3) working days, Buyer’s Bank sends MT700 DLC covering the first shipment value to Seller’s Bank to activate Seller's 2% Performance Bond.

9.Upon receipt of DLC via Swift MT700 from Buyer’s Bank, Seller instruct Seller’s Bank to issue a verifiable Full Proof of Product (FPOP) via SWIFT to Buyer’s Bank within five (5) working days.

10.Within 7 days after Seller collection of MT700, the Seller makes the first delivery at the loading under the present Contract terms and conditions.

11.Delivery commences as per contract and the shipment should arrive at Buyer’s discharge port within 10 days after the MT700 DLC is issued.

12.Before the ship can not dock into the other post terminals, must be directly bound for China Port.

13.Within 7 (Seven) working days upon arrival of Products at the Port of Discharge, Buyer shall make 100% Full Payment of the total quantity of CIQ inspection Products via T/T (MT103) to Seller's Banking coordinates.

14.After the receipt payment within 2 working days the sellers will T/T commission to all relevant parties involved in this transaction as agreed.
