Please find procedure below:

CIF PORT: CIF any safe world port with acceptance letter from discharge port terminal (ASWP),
FOB: Malaysian port, FOB Guyana
Origin: Malaysia, Equatorial Guinea

PROCEDURES:

A: Buyer Signs MSPA for purchase of LNG and issues Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order
B: Seller issues Commercial Invoice. Buyer opens SBLC to guarantee the Contract Shipment.
C: Buyer signs and returns Commercial Invoice with deposited or paid TSA with Tank or Vessel assignment letter
D: Seller upon approving TSA issues full POP documents including:
• Commitment to Supply
• Certificate of Origin
• Q & Q at Port of Origin
• ATS
• License Certificate
• Statement of Availability of Product
• Notice of readiness to commence injection of Product or loading of LNG on ship
E: Buyer provides to Seller
• TSR
• ATV
• Readiness to receive

F: Seller issues to Buyer:
• DTA
• TSR
• ATV to enable buyer to verify the fuel in Sellers tanks or LNG on ship
G: Buyer engages SGS to conduct Dip test in Sellers tanks or LNG Tank.
H: Seller Injects fuel into Buyers tanks, or loads LNG onto Buyers ship. Buyer confirms the fuel has been received and pays via MT-103 against SGS Analysis Report.
I: Seller Issues Title to Buyer
J: Seller issues Contract to Buyer
K: Seller will open a 2% PB to guarantee the Shipment Contract.
L: Seller submits paperwork for payment as per terms of MSPA.
M: Buyer makes payment against Q & Q done by SGS Report with Commercial invoice on each slot tank.
