Hi fellow trade mates,

Please read my offer below if you hold direct buyer mandate with ready ICPO and BCL, please contact me and I will send required LOI format n letter of mandateship and also the full spec of the LNG. As this is government refinery,it will not supply to PAKISTAN or CHINA.

This product will be supplied from a new facility that is being brought online now in Oman, with a capacity to supply over 1 million Metric Tons (MT) of product (LNG) per month. It is supported by tank storage capacity of approximately 3 million MT. These larger production levels will be achieved as the facility becomes fully operational. The seller currently wishes to achieve a contract with a Buyer for a minimum of 300,000MT initially, however the opportunity to increase that order (for example 300,000MT + 200,000MT) will be available as production volume increases. The contract duration shall be 25 years.
The company that the Buyer will be contracting with is registered and based in Oman. This company is the mandate holder for the seller and the LNG will have a Certificate of Origin (COO) from Oman. The product will be available FOB at the port of loading, details of which will be supplied on receipt of the LOI.

For the Buyer the discounts available on the current market price for LNG will be highly attractive and the buyer can achieve a price of less than USD $750 per MT, FOB at Port of Loading. Depending on other factors such as total size of order and the pricing structure agreed at the meeting, further discounts may well be achievable. The Buyer is free to propose a pricing structure of their choice, however we strongly urge that this is seen to be fair and reflects the level of discount the Seller will be offering. The quantity of LNG that the Buyer wishes to purchase - minimum order 300,000MT per month.

COMMISSION WILL BE PAID IN FULL BY THE BUYER.The NCNDA/IMFPA will have to be signed by the Buyer ahead of an invitation to a TTM in Muscat being issued by the Seller.
