We represent one of the Subsidiaries of Russian largest Oil Refinery.

The supplier has fuel of JP54, A-1, D6, D2 in large quantity stored at reserved tank in Rotterdam readily for immediate lifting if real buyers already have tank storage with their tank farm company.

We do not deal with opportunist reseller because they would not want to commit in leasing of tank and pay for tank storage upfront.

As soon as tank is inspected by seller and clean for receiving the fuel, seller will immediately inject from reserved tank in Rotterdam into buyer's tank.

Buyer then conduct Q&Q with their own SGS team in buyer's tank.

If product does not meet the buyer specifications, seller will eject the fuel out from buyer's tank and do the cleansing as well at seller's cost.

This transaction is called "Into Tank Delivery" Sales & Purchase Agreement and SPA has to be signed by seller, buyer and buyer's tank farm company.

Please ignore CI, DIP & PAY at seller's tank as it will never work and time wasting.

We are REAL SUPPLIER and you will get your FUEL if you follow our procedures.
