LNG and LPG fuels under the following terms
we are interested to know if you can supply LNG and LPG fuels under the following terms: Pls note shipping mode should be DES or DEQ not CIF
BANKING TRANSACTION AND PROCEDURE.
1.Buyer issues ICPO with letter of acceptance to seller upon receipt of soft corporate offer.
2.Seller issues Sales, Purchase Agreement,and open for amendment for buyer review
3. Buyer reviews the draft agreement and returns to seller and sign in word format and PDF format.
4.Seller acknowledged and summits the draft contract to the ministry of energy for Legalization on seller expenses.
5.Seller within 72hours issues Buyer(HARD COPIES)the legalized contract alongside the Partial prove of product(PPOP) approved bythe appropriate ministry as regular Buyer upon
Notarization through Russia Government courier on seller expense.

c.COPY OF THE REFINERY COMMITMENT TO SUPPLY THE PRODUCT

e.REFINERY EXPORT LICENSE ISSUED BY RUSSIAN MINISTRY OF ENERGY
6.Upon confirmation of the listed partial PPOP, Buyer bank issues Non-operative(pre-advice)
Letter of credit DLC/MT700 covering the first trail shipment value(Buyer bank option).
7.Seller issues all shipping documents & BILL OF LADDING to buyer in accordance to Instruments presented by Buyer bank,Seller bank replied with 2%PB to activate the letter of Credit issued by Buyer bank.

f.CHARTERED PARTY AGREEMENT for both parties to endorse(note seller pay the full Vessel cost) & Q88;
g.COMPANY CERTIFICATE OF TAX INCORPORATION
h.ATSC(AUTHORITY TO SELL AND COLLECT) with EXPORT LICENSE
i.ALLOCATION CERTIFICATE (PAID BY SELLER)
8.Buyer bank confirms shipping documents with vessel captain while Seller effect delivery to Buyer destination according to contract, SGS inspections will be borne by the Seller at
Loading sea port then shipping commence as per contract.
9.Buyer’s bank upon arrival of the cargo at the discharge port, Payment will be made for the Product by the Buyer Via MT103 and 100% after Q&Q or CIQ report at the discharge port.
10.Any unauthorized calls by any party or its representative’s lawyers to probe or Communicate in an improper way to bank(s) in this transaction shall be prohibited and the Contract terminated.
11.After this Contract is signed by both the Seller and Buyer,and copies exchanged Electronically or otherwise by a delivery service,failure to follow the closing procedure in
Time and form herein is considered breach of this Contract and puts the failing party in Default position to pay a one time penalty fee of 2% of the First Shipment of the Contract to
The suffering Party.The distribution of the 2% penalty shall be 1.5% to the aggrieved Signatory Party of the contract and 0.5% to all of the Consultants designated in the
Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement.(Said 0.5% will be divided according to the Percentage delineated distributions in the Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement)
Remarks:
1.NO UP-FRONT FEE or ANY HIDDEN PAYMENT from buyer till buyer get his products.
2. If your firm can work with these terms, pls advise and also send us your authorization letter to sell from the refinery you represent and SCO Indicating price points and commissions for splitt the commission on sellers side and buyer side for the buyer side.
