-Packing : Loose in Bulk
-Inspection : Quality , Quantity, Weight by SGS at seller’s cost at Loading port and Buyer’s cost at
-destination port: port indicated by buyer
-Payments Terms : Upon receiving and verification of ATS , proof and inspections by cargo Letter of Credit (MT799)for Purchase , Within 3 days payment via TT (MT799) after SGS report with arrival of the goods at the discharge port.
-Performance Bond : Not required

Procedure ( F.O.B / C.I. F.):
1. Seller to issue SCO and Buyer provides POF(proof of fund)

2. Seller and Buyer to accept Contract and procedure signed seals

3. Buyer to issue Letter of Credit (MT799) to the seller.

4. Seller Provides Partial proof of products to the Buyer.

5. Seller to Issue 0% Performance Bond to buyer’s Bank.

6. Delivery commences as per contract.

7. Buyer Shall pay according (MT 799) and refund 0% Performance Bond.

* Refinery Commitment to receive the product

* Tank Storage receipts

* Dip Test Report ( SGS Report)
