We (DPI) link you (Buyer) directly with the Principal/Refinery.

You will negotiate directly with the Principal/Refinery. Refinery usually sets the terms however they are flexibility. You negotiate the price and quantity.

You need to take title and show ability to finance your purchase. You must have an honorable reputation, bank with one of the top 50 banks, and not be on the black list. There are no brokers involved and no spread. You deal directly with the Principal/Refinery.

My company charges you (the Buyer) a success fee which is a percentage of what was the spread. The fee is paid upon payment of the product. If a broker on your side is present, then he will be compensated under my success fee agreement which is executed prior to your introduction to the Principal/Refinery.
