TRANSACTION PROCEDURE FOB
1. Buyer issues ICPO according to seller’s procedure with their banking details along with
passport copy.
2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI), buyer signs and returns back to seller after a
successful DD
3. Seller provides/recommend reliable tank farm and seller pays for the tank for three (3)
days first and Buyer does not have to make any payment to extend the tank for more
days as all expenses is on seller
4. Seller sends to buyer 3 days TSR with an unconditional DTA for buyer to contact the tank farm and also with NCNDA/IMFPA documents for all intermediaries involve in the deal
to sign so to be able to receive their commissions after the deal is closed.
5. Buyer contacts and meets with Tank Farm representatives at PORT terminal and after
successful meetings seller issue below documents.
a) GPS Coordinate-Tank storage receipt (TSR)
b) Injection report.
c) Dip test authorization letter (DTA) - Unconditional
d) Authorization to Sell and To Collect (ATSC)
e) Fresh SGS Report
f) Authorization to Physically to Verify (ATV)

NOTE: Be informed that the above pop documents is not allowed to be released to third
party and it has to be given to buyer only at the port and it has to be live documents, as
we do not send such documents online for security reasons

6. Buyer conducts Dip test on the product and makes the payment for the total value of
product injected into the tanks through the means of MT103- TT.
7..Seller pays both sides Mandates in the transaction and subsequently monthly
shipment continues as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase agreement
contract between buyer and seller
