A: FOB (SPOT / DIP & PAY)
1. Buyer issues ICPO to Seller along with company profile, registration and passport copy of a director (in charge).
2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI) to Buyer. Buyer signs the CI returns it to Seller along with Buyer's Tank Storage Agreement (TSA), NCNDA and IMPFA.
3. Seller issues ATSC or commitment to supply to Buyer.
4. Buyer provides to Seller with (5) days previous activated TSR (Tank Storage Receipt) for Seller’s logistics team to verify approval from concerned storage company. Buyer and seller pay 50/50 for the amount of TSR activation to insert s Seller's 'name to Buyer's TSR (Tank Storage Receipt).
5. Seller initially pays 50% from TSR value to buyer’s Tank Farm Company and after confirmation of the funds by buyer’s tank farm, Buyer pays the remaining 50% to obtain 5 days activated TSR.
6. Seller releases to Buyer and Buyer tank storage company the injection schedule along with the notice of readiness (N.R) to commence injection of product to buyer's tank.
7. Seller issues full POP to buyer via email as typically consisting of:-
a. Fresh SGS report (loading port),
b. Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (UDTA).
c. TSR (in Rotterdam) & BL (reference copy),
d. Certificate of Origin,
e. Import & Export permits
f. Statement of Product availability,
g. Title holder Certificate,
8. Buyer if requires Dip Test upon satisfactory result, Buyer makes 100% payment via MT103/TT within 48 hours, Seller transfers ownership title to buyer.
9. Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the transaction, upon successful lift, monthly extended shipments continue as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase agreement contract between buyer and Seller.
B PROCEDURE: (FOB/SPOT/CI,DIP+PAY ROTTERDAM)
1-Buyer issues ICPO, and company registration certificate and data page of Buyer's
Passport or any I.D.
2-Seller issues Draft Contract, Commercial Invoice (CI) & Warning Letter, Buyer's
signs, and returns to Seller with his TSA. Seller will complete verification on FARM of
the Buyer before making their three (3) days tank lease payment.
3-Seller leases and pays the Buyer's tank for Three (3) days for the Injection Process.
Buyer pays his Tank Farm Company for one (2) days tank storage costs, (totaling a
five (5) days TRS) after his Tank Farm Company has received the payment from Seller
Company Three (3) days cost.
4 - Seller releases to Buyer and Buyer tank storage company the injection schedule
along with the notice of readiness (N.R) to commence injection of product to buyer's tank.
5-Seller issues the POP documents to Buyer as below:
A-Fresh SGS Report
B -Product Passport
C- Injection Report
D -Unconditional DTA
E-Authorization to Sell and to Collect (ATSC)
F- Authorization to verify (ATV)
6-Buyer conducts Dip Test on the product in the Seller's tank and makes the payment
for the total value of product injected into the tanks through the means of MT 103-TT.
7-Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the transaction and subsequently, monthly
shipment continues as per the terms and condition of the sales and purchase
agreement contract between Buyer and Seller.
