FOR URGENT LIFT JET FUEL AND D2 IN ROTTERDAM PORT
We have Jet fuel in Rotterdam according to the following procedure:
Product: JET FUEL and D2
Origin: Russia
Quantity: 1.000.000 up to 2.000.000 bbl per month (Contract spot + 11 months) +/- 5%
Delivery: FOB (Free On Board) Port Rotterdam
Price: Platts FOB Rottrdam NWE Discount: - USD 2/ bbl Gross / - USD 1/bbl Net
Inspection: By S.G.S. or Equivalent.
Terms of payment: letter of Credit
Procedure:
1. After receiving ICPO and Profile of the Buyer Seller sends the SPA and Commercial lnvoice to the Buyer.
2. Buyer returns the signed SPA and Cl
3. Seller Issue DTA and \T\ to conduct dip test in Seller tank farm.
4. Upon successful dip test in seller tank farm Inner receive the copy of SGS report (y&Q).
5. Buyer make payment for total amount of the product via S\\ I FT MT103/TT base on tin- SGS report (Q&Q) for spot deal.
6. Seller issues full POP documents to the Buyer.
7. Buyer provides vessel or tank detail for injection to commence into buyer vessel or tank.
8. Seller transfers tin- title ownership to Buyer.
9. Buyer pays commissions to all intermediaries as per NCNDAVIMFPA 21 hours after receiving payment from buyer.
10. Monthly delivery contract negotiation commence
