Procedures: CI DIP PAY – FOB ROTTERDAM

1. Seller issues official SCO, and buyer issues ICPO with scan passport copy.

2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI) for the available quantity in the End Seller Storage Tank, Buyer signs and returns the CI to Seller with their signed Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) for End Seller approval also NCNDA/IMFPA signed by all parties.

3. End Seller Issues Dip Test Authorization Agreement letter to be signed by all parties including the buyer's tank farm.

4. End Seller issues as below:
a. Tank Receipt
b. Tank Storage Agreement
c. Product Passport issued by SGS
d. SGS Report
e. Injection Report
f. Certificate of Origin
g. Authorization to Sell (ATS)

5. Upon successful dip test in End Seller's Tank, Buyer provides Tank details, End Seller issues Title of Ownership Certificate.

6. Buyer makes 100 % payment by TT wire transfer within 24 hours for the total product and Seller pays commission to all intermediaries involved in the transaction within 24 hours after confirmation of the buyer payment.

7. Seller issues 12 months contract to be signed with all parties including NCNDA/IMFPA.
