The Russian No. 1 State-Own Oil Refinery.

Rosneft has fuels of JP54, A-1, D6, D2 at their Rotterdam tank farm readily for buyer immediate lifting upon completion of formality procedures of the refinery.

The transaction is on FOB Rotterdam , CI, Dip & Pay.

Once buyers sign the CI and draft contract, seller will furnish ATSC and ATV for verification at seller's tank.

Upon successful verification, buyer make Gurantee Payment by DLC MT700 by Prime bank to seller or pay tank storage fees to conduct Dip Test at seller's tank and lift the product upon successful Q&Q and payment of product by MT103.
