Product, quantity and delivery:
1) JET FUEL A-1; e.g. Russian origin Aviation Kerosene Colonial Grade 54 "JP-54" (GOST10227-86);
0.5/1 M bbl D&P test, which activates annual contract up to 5 M bbl/month, FOB Rotterdam or
Novorossiysk or Houston.

2) DIESEL D2, sulphur content 0.02% max; e.g. Russian origin Gasoil L-0.2-62 (GOST 305-82);
25.000/50,000 MT D&P test, which activates annual contract up to 300,000 MT/month, FOB Rotterdam
or Novorossiysk or Houston.

3) Gasoil, EN590 10 ppm e.g. Russian origin (GOST R 52368-2005); 25.000/50,000 MT D&P test, which
activates annual contract up to 300.000 MT/month, FOB Rotterdam or Novorossiysk or Houston.

Any POP and POF evidence will be performed on bank-to-bank basis.
Paying Bank will be Wells Fargo NY or Bank of China (BOC).

Price:
Buyer prefers variable price (Platts less discount), however fixed price can be negotiated based on
quarterly adjustable price in case of +/- variation of market price exceeding the limit agreed upon.



Procedure:

1. After SCO issued from Seller, Buyer issues ICPO and CP.
2. Seller issues Pro forma invoice and Contract.
3. Buyer signs and returns to Seller and both deposit the C.I. and the Contract in the
respective banks, authorizing the bankers to transfer POP (contains fresh Q/Q SGS) and
POF in real time via swift. Once received POP and POF, the procedure will continue with full
verification of the documents exchanged between the parties.
3.1 Seller provides the following documents to Buyer:
- SGS (Not later than 72 hours) in the Seller's tank at Rotterdam port.
3.2 Buyer provides the following documents to Seller:
- Financial capacity letter with DLC or SBDLC or MT103/72 conditioned, (Seller's choice).
- TSR and GPS coordinates of the tank in Rotterdam where to inject the product.
4. After all verification, Seller injects the product to End Buyer’s tanks within 72hours, and at
final positive verification by SGS Q/Q in End Buyer’s tank, Buyer issues payment for the
product with MT103 or raises the MT103 payment condition already executed.


Guarantee:
Following the D&P test, the Buyer is ready and willing to guarantee the annual contract by issuing a
suitable DLC or a SBLC for the duration of the contract plus one month, with the value of one month of
product delivery.
