(1) BUYER ISSUES: ICPO alongside with company registration certificate and copy
passport.
(2) SELLER ISSUES: C.I commercial invoice, buyer countersigned AND returned MDS
back to the seller along with TSA and NCNDA/ IMPA.
(3) SELLER ISSUES PPOP the below documents to buyer secured email for
VERIFICATION:
(A) REFINERY COMMITMENT AND ASSURANCE LETTER TO SUPPLY THE PRODUCT.
(B) STATEMENT OF PRODUCT AVAILABLE.
(C) REFINERY CERTIFICATE OF COMPANY REGISTRATION.

(4) UPON RECEIPT of above PPOP documents seller informs the delivery date to
buyerandbuyercontactbuyertankFARMtosecuredtwoINVOICECOPIES:onefor
SELLER and one for BUYER. BUYER TO PAY FOR TWO (2) DAYS AND SELLER WITHIN
24/48 HOURS will pay for the rest of the days stipulated in their TANKSTORAGE
AGREEMENT PROCEEDING.
(5) SELLER WILL ISSUE THE FOLLOWING TO BUYER.

(A) FRESH SGS.
(B) TANK STORAGE RECEIPT.
(C) PRODUCT PASSPORT.
(D) INJECTION REPORT.
(E) ( AST) AUTHORIZATION TO SELL.
(F) ( UNCONDITIONAL DTA).
(G) ( ATV) AUTHORIZATION TO VERIFY .

(6) BUYER conducts DIP TEST in seller tank and immediately INJECT the product INTO their TANK.

(7) BUYERS make payment by MT 103 OR DLC for the TOTAL PRODUCT AVAILABLE.

(8) BUYER lift the product and seller pay all INTERMEDIARY INVOLVED IN THE
TRANSACTION.

(9) AFTER the first sale at the request of the buyer will enter the respective
CONTRACTS for the rest OPERATIONS.
