SPOT TERMS, CONDITIONS & PROCEDURES:

1. Buyer issue ICPO, CP, Banking Details (with soft probe authorization), Company Registration, Principal Signer’s Passport, and Buyer Logistics Confirmation Letter;

2. Seller issue CI “Commercial Invoice”, MOU and TSR (Tank Storage Receipt), Product Analysis Report, Ullage Report, Quality & Quantity, Certificates;

3. Buyer signs CI & MOU and send a copy to the Seller;

4. Seller issue DTA (Dip Test Authorization) to the Buyer;

5. Buyer Confirms DTA and Provides CPA “Charter Party A greement” & Vessel Q88, or Tank Storage Agreement at the Loading Port;

6. Seller program Lift at the Loading Port in the name of the Buyer upon Arrival and Confirmation of the Buyer’s Vessel or Tank Storage at the Loading Port;

7. Buyer performs Dip Test, Seller Loads Buyer Vessel or Tank;

8. Buyer Issue Payment via Wire Transfer (MT103) for the total cost of the Product Loaded to Buyer’s Vessel or Storage Tank;

9. Seller Pays the Commissions via Wire Transfer within 72 hrs after Buyer’s funds clears at Seller Bank as per IMPFA/NCND.

10. Subsequent Lifts continues in accordance with terms and conditions of MOU.
