Supply of SHELL Gasoil 0.05% S max./ Petronas Euro 2M (equivalent)
Product: Petronas Euro 2M or SHELL Gasoil 0.05% S max or equivalent
Specification: As per the attached specification
Min.Shipment: 5,000 MT (+/- 5%) per shipment
Loading Port: Any Singapore Port or Malaysia Port
Terms: FOB
Inspection : SGS or others to be borne by the Seller at Loading Port.

Price FOB : The selling price shall be at FOB Bunkerworld MGO Singapore on the loading Date discount USD.20.00 per MT.

Term of Payment : By SBLC / BG & TT (MT 103) after cargo loaded. SBLC / BG value USD.40 Million

TRANSACTION PROCEDURE :
1. Seller issues FCO
2. Buyer issues ICPO with BRL
3. Seller agrees and sign and endorse the ICPO
4. Seller issues draft contract in favour of the Buyer
5. Buyer signs and seals the contract
6. Within 3 days Buyer issues SBLC /BG to the Seller’s funder
7. Seller commence loading within 14 days
8. The SGS inspection charges will be borne by each party at their respective port
9. The Seller will provide the following documents to be presented to the bank for negotiation AFTER cargo loaded :
● Commercial Invoice
● SGS reports at the Port of Loading
● Certificate of Origin issued by the Chamber of Commerce
● Other documents as may be necessary.
