OFFERING RUSSIAN D2 CIF EX STS OPL 104

DEAL SETTING :
• Commodity : Russian Diesel Gasoil D2
• Origin : Russian Federation
• Price : Fixed US$ 400 per MT
• Quantity : 100,000 MT Spot with R & E 12 months term contract
• Loading port : Russian Federation Port
• Delivery : ex CIF STS OPL 104
• Cargo position : Currently is on the way
• Payment : MT103 /TT
• Seller’s Full POP documents : Currently is available and kept by Head Office of OCBC NISP Bank in Jakarta, Indonesia.
• Fee : Total US$ 10/MT to be paid by Seller and to be distributed as follow :
A. US$ 5 /MT to Seller Side (closed)
B. US$ 5 /MT to Buyer Side to be shared :
- First party (my group) : US$ 1.5 /MT
- Second party (your group) : US$ 1.5/MT
- Third party (Buyer Mandate) : US$ 2.0/MT

TRANSACTION PROCEDURE :

1. Both parties agree and sign the Sales and Purchase Contract and submit to their respective bank.
2. Bank-to-Bank communication is opened upon the respective request by Seller and Buyer.
3. Buyer’s Bank to inform Seller’s Bank that the Buyer’s fund is ready. In exchange , Seller’s Bank to inform Buyer’s Bank that Full POP is ready.
4. Once the vessel arrived , Seller issues DTA (Dip Test Authorization) to Buyer.
5. Buyer conducts Dip Test and transfer 50% payment by swift MT103 to Seller’s Bank.
6. Seller delivers Full POP to Buyer.
7. Both parties carry out STS at OPL 104
8. SGS Report is issued.
9. Buyer transfers the balance 50% by MT103 to Seller’s Bank.
10. Seller pays the commission to the involved intermediaries within 48 hours

After the successful delivery of the Spot contract and further the Buyer would extend to the 12 months contract than the payment shall be negotiated by both parties.

Should the Buyer our accepts our terms and conditions as above then please send ICPO /PO (with bank details) to us, Seller's company name will be informed to serious buyer.
