One Time CIF Spot Contract Procedures
1. Buyer issues irrevocable corporate purchase order (ICPO)
2. Seller issues the sales and purchase agreement contract for review and endorsement by all parties.
3. Seller issues proof of product and shipping documents as listed below:
A. Commitment to supply
B. Certificate of origin
C. Company license to export
D. Product passport (Dip test result)
E. Bill of lading
F. Vessel’s Q88
G. Title transfer affidavit
4. Upon receipt of the above documents by the buyer, buyer makes payment for the title transfer fee via direct T/T wire transfer and sends the payment receipt alongside the signed title transfer affidavit.
5. Upon receipt of the above payment and signed title transfer affidavit, the ownership certificate will be issued and all proof of product and shipping documents will be changed to the current buyer’s name and sent to the buyer alongside the SGS Report at the loading port while the course of the vessel will be rerouted the current buyer’s discharge port.
6. Upon arrivals of the vessel at discharge port, the vessel captain will hand over all the original POP documents to the buyer’s representative while buyer pays for the total contract after SGS, CIQ or equivalent inspection at the discharge port via T/T wire transfer and offloading will commence immediately.
