I got a contract for D2 1 mil. tones X 12 month. Not less than 1 mil, it's whole-sale gross oriented parties with the corresponding price. I'll send you draft-contract and what applications we need to issue.

Price is very whole-sale and forming by this rule:
The Seller grants a bonus (aB) to the Buyer for reservation of the Financial provision(1 bil. of USA dollars), in size of Forty Percent (40%) of the Pg value (PLATT’s price). Thus, the Final Price of Cargo (FPg) for the Buyer according to the present Contract make 60% (Sixty present) of the Pg value minus Ten US dollars (US$10.00) per each on MT of the delivered Cargo.

Agency for you if you are an agent will be 0.2 – 0.3 $, like the same for me. Cause the most sum is closed to ministres, and only $1.5 is opened to intermediaries, where is already my associate, man from refinery and his boss, and I of course.
