7. Letter of Intent,(LOI)
If buyer already provide information to seller, seller will follow under information and
1. Seller provide sell price
2. If buyer agree, seller provide SCO to buyer
3. Buyer provide ICPO to seller
4. Seller provide FCO or roughly contract to buyer
