We have available Jet Fuel JP54 and Jet A1, 1,000.000 barrels first lift and up to 4,000.000 barrels on contract for sale in Rotterdam. The products can be bought with our simple procedures options 1 & 2 immediately. FOB dip test and pay.

FREE ON-BOARD TRANSACTION PROCEDURE INCLUDING TTM- OPTION 1

1. Buyer issues Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order along with the Company profile for soft probe.

2. Title Holder verify Buyer Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order with Company Profile and issues Commercial Invoice signs, seals and sends it to Buyer for signature.

3. Upon the receipt of countersigned Commercial Invoice, Title Holder issue the below proof of product to buyer:
* Statement of product Availability.
* Authorization to sell (ATS).
* Authorization to verify (ATV).
* Product passport (Analysis Report)
* Tank Storage Receipt.

4. Buyer contact Tank Farm in Rotterdam to verify the availability of the product in tank, Buyer pays five-day extension to enable to transfer Tank Storage Receipt from Title Holder to Buyer as lessee of the tank.

5. The parties shall schedule a table talk meeting (TTM) in Rotterdam and sign Dip Test Authorization for inspection of products, upon successful TTM buyer visit the terminal with their own SGS surveyors to conduct dip test in Title Holder tank.

6. Upon acceptance of fuel specifications based upon the SGS report, buyer makes payment for the product via MT103/TT to Title Holder and all POP documents will be presented to the buyer as consignee of the product.

7. SGS/ surveyors issues certificate of quality, and certificate of quantity to buyer.
8. Title Holder immediately starts injection of fuel into buyer tank or vessel and transfer the Ownership to Buyer.

9. Title Holder releases commission to all intermediaries involved within 48 to 72 hours.

10. Title Holder and Buyer agrees on monthly shipment and sign 12 months Sales & Purchase Agreement, if needed.


FREE ON-BOARD TRANSACTION PROCEDURE INCLUDING TTM -OPTION 2

1. Buyer issues Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order, Company Registration Certificate along with the Buyer’s Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) as proof of storage availability to the Title Holder for acceptance.

2. The Title Holder confirms the Buyer's TSA and issues the Commercial Invoice (CI)
to the Buyer to sign, seal and return back (CI)
.
3. The Title Holder Issue Authorization to Verify the product in Seller’s tank (ATV),
Tank Storage Receipt (TSR),
Analysis Report,
Statement of Product Availability,
Certificate of Origin of the Product.
The Buyer and its Logistic Company will verify the documents and presents five days TSR (Tank Storage Receipt) to Title Holder for confirmation of securing of their Tanks.

4. The parties shall schedule a table talk meeting (TTM) in Rotterdam and sign Dip Test Authorization for inspection of products, upon successful TTM buyer visit the terminal with SGS surveyors to conduct dip test in Title Holder tank.

5. Upon acceptance of fuel specifications based upon the SGS report, buyer makes payment for the product via MT103/TT to Title Holder and all POP documents will be presented to the buyer as consignee of the product.

6. SGS/ surveyors issues certificate of quality, and certificate of quantity to buyer.

7. Title Holder immediately starts injection of fuel into buyer tank or vessel and transfer the Ownership to Buyer.
