1 Buyer issues icpo to seller
2 Seller issues commercial invoice to buyer, buyer signs and returns
3 Seller issues to buyer the following documents:
A.-(UDTA for fresh SGS report (at buyer’s expense) 4. After buyer verifies a successful SGS report, pays for total amount of product by mt 103
5. seller provides buyer with all remaining pop
6. seller provides the follow remaining pop documents:
A. Authority to sell and collect (atsc)
B Injection report
C Certificate of origin
D Tank storage receipt
7. seller to provide title documents.
8. seller and buyer proceed to sign contract for 12 months. after first lift.
