(THE LOADING LOGISTICS IS DESIRED BY THE CLIENT).

DIP AND PAY TRANSACTION REQUIREMENTS FOB ROTTERDAM

1- The seller issues the COMMERCIAL INVOICE to the buyer: The buyer returns the
commercial invoice, signed and accepts the CI, the buyer will provide us with the email address and the registration number of the point of sale.
2.- The seller sent the following documentation a)- The seller issues the Commercial Invoice (CI) b)- DTA
c)- ATS- Authorization to Sell and Collect
d) - ATV-Authorization to Verify e)- Injection Report
3- Buyer after verification and confirmation to carry out the immersion test in the seller's tanks at the buyer's expense.
4 - The Buyer makes the 100% payment by SWIFT CODE/bank transfer for the total value of the product and the Seller pays the commission to all the intermediaries involved in the transaction within 24 hours after the confirmation of the buyer's payment.
5 - The seller issues the draft of the SPA to the buyer to review the R&;E to transfer it to the contract of 12 monthly deliveries.
6 - The subsequent delivery will start according to the terms and conditions of the contract.
7 - The seller transfers the title of ownership of the product to the buyers
