I am the official Mandate to the Title Holder of Jet Fuel TS-1, D2 Gss Oil GOST 305-82 and Mazut 10585-75 & 99 for refinery GAZPROM, ROSNEFT, LUKOIL and TENEFT.

To test the sincerity of the buyer and the one and only way to get the fuel is to travel to seller's Moscow for a TTM at the invitation of the seller after signing of the SPA by the buyer.

This is a save and one stop shopping for the buyer to get real fuel because buyer get dip test at seller's tank after table top meeting and signing of hard copy contract.
